This instructional class explores the fundamentals of pour-over coffee and how to perfect your at-home pour over with the Hario V60. We will cover key aspects such as equipment, water quality and temperature, coffee-to-water ratios and grind size adjustments based on the beans and the roasting date.
Participants will leave with a better understanding of how to troubleshoot common errors and how subtle changes in brewing variables affect flavor.
